Prosperity” on Sunday, 15 September 2024 at the BIISS Auditorium.
The lecture served as an
important platform for exchanging views on the evolving bilateral relationship
between Bangladesh and Malaysia, highlighting opportunities for enhanced
cooperation in trade, investment, education, labour migration, tourism, connectivity,
and people-to-people exchanges. The discussion underscored the longstanding
friendship between the two countries and explored avenues for strengthening
collaboration to achieve shared prosperity amid changing regional and global
dynamics.
The event brought together
diplomats, policymakers, academics, researchers, members of the diplomatic
corps, university faculty, students, and representatives from think tanks and
the media. Participants engaged in a lively discussion on the future trajectory
of Bangladesh–Malaysia relations and emphasized the importance of sustained
dialogue, economic partnership, and regional cooperation in fostering mutual
growth and development.
The lecture concluded with an
